WonderFlanges represent the pinnacle of industrial flange rolling technology—offering the strongest, quickest, and most economical connectors available for spiral pipe today. Unlike a standard rolled angle ring, WonderFlanges are precision-engineered to slip inside the spiral pipe, allowing for a seamless connection. The pipe can then be easily welded or secured to the flange. Our flange rolling process includes pre-punched 9/32” holes on the leg-out, specifically designed as pilot holes for TEK screws to streamline your installation.

While conventional industrial rolled rings require tedious hole alignment, the WonderFlange system eliminates that step entirely. Our custom flange rolling capabilities support single wall spiral pipe, and  1”, 2”, 3”, and 4” double wall spiral pipe.
